Hide Profile void button when Viewing Another non-lockr User

Current Functionality
All of the UI appears when looking at another User’s profile that hasn’t created an account.
Expected Functionality
If the User hasn’t created a Lockr Account yet, need to Hide profile UI when viewing another User’s Profile:
* Hide Void button (This needs fix other checks listed below are already fixed)
* Show only the Epik Prime Account Name and Blue (default) Sage
* Everything below those items (Bio, Followers, etc) should be hidden.
* Hide Avatar Tab
* Hide Following/Followers Tab
